resepi/recipe blueberry cheese cake...



BASE
110 gram butter - di cair kan
200 gram biskut oreo
gaul kan biskut yg telah di pecah kan bersama butter and masuk dlm loyang dan tekan² kan ketepi kan
FILLING
500 gram cream cheese
30 gram butter
120 gram gula kastor
30 gram tepung jagung
200 ml whipping cream
4 biji telur
mix bahan² filling smpi sebati tuang dlm loyang yg ada base biskut td..waterbath ( bakar secara kukus letak loyang cheese dlm dulang berisi air panas dan masuk dlm oven )
bakar dlm 1jam ,160°c or bergantung oven masing2
lepas sudah masak biarkan dlm15 minit dlm oven dlm keadaan pintu terbuka lepas tu baru keluar kan and sejuk kan dlm freezer semalaman or klo x tahan lepas 3 jam..

BASE
110 gram butter – (melt)
200 gram biscuits OREO
Crush and mix the biscuits with butter and flatten in pan and set aside.
FILLING
500 gram cream cheese
30 gram butter
caster sugar 120 gram
30 gram corn meal
200 ml whipping cream
4 eggs
Mix the  filling thoroughly pour in pan where the biscuit base are. .waterbath (bakethe cheese cake in baking tray containing hot water and go in the oven)
Bake for 1 hour at 160 °C or depend on oven type.
Let the cake rest in oven for 15 minutes with the door slight open (to avoid crack on cake). Let the cake cool first before let the cake set in the freezer overnight or minimum 3 hours.
