It been a months, I was so busy writing up my thesis and all. So this new recipe traditional Malay dessert for tea time. I'll start trying more recipe and so on.

500 g beras pulut

½ kotak santan KARA
·
½ cawan
air pandan (dikisar) / beberapa titis perasa pandan dilarut dalam air
·
½ sudu teh garam
·
beberapa titik pewarna hijau
·
kelapa parut putih yg di gaul dengan sedikit
garam
Bahan untuk air gula Melaka:
·
Daun Pandan
·
Gula melaka
·
Air
Cara Penyediaan:
2. Sementara itu, kisar daun pandan bersama 1/2 cawan air dan tapiskan airnya.atau gunakan perasa pandan.
3. Kemudian masukkan beras, santan cair,pewarna hijau dan air pandan/perasa pandan ke dalam periuk nasi. Masak seperti memasak nasi. Sesekali kacau hingga kering. Jika pulut masih mentah boleh tambahkan sedikit air ke dalam periuk nasi.
4. Angkat dari rice cooker dan sejukkan. Bentukkan pulut seperti bola di atas pinggan untuk mengelakkan ia melekat di tangan dan ditekan membentuk bulat dan gaul dengan kelapa parut.
5. Makan bersama air gula Melaka yang telah disejukkan.
Ingredients:

500 g of glutinous rice
•
½ box of KARA coconut milk
•
½ cup pandan water (blended) / few drop of pandan flavour dilute in water
•
½ teaspoon of salt
•
few drops of green dye
•
Grated white coconut with a little salt
Ingredients for ‘air gula Melaka’:
• Pandan leaf
• Palm sugar
•
Water
Preparation
method:
1.
Wash the glutinous rice. Soak 2-3 hours. Remove the water from glutinous rice.

Meanwhile, pandan leaves grinds together with 1/2 cup of water and filter the
water or just use pandan flavor available in bakery supply shop.

Then add rice, coconut milk, green dye and pandan water / pandan flavor into
the rice cooker. Cook like cooking rice. Occasionally stirring until the rice
cook. If the glutinous rice is not fully cook you can still add some water to
the rice cooker.
4.
Lift from the ccoker and let it cool. Shape the glutinous rice like a ball on
the plate to prevent it sticking in the hand and pressed to form round shape and
roll with grated coconut.
