Mashed potato / kentang putar


The recipe was super duper simple!!! I made it when our family gathering serve with grilled lamp, grilled chicken, sausage, mushroom soup and garlic bread.

Ingredient

1 kg russet potatoes
salt
50 g butter
1 cup milk
dash of pepper

Instruction

1. Cover 2 pounds peel and dice potatoes with cold salted water; simmer 25 minutes.
2. Drain, and mash with 50 g butter. Add 1 cup milk, and salt and pepper.
3. Mash until smooth and fluffy, serve with brown sauce.
