recipe lasagna

Béchamel Sauce

1 /4 butter
2 s/b flour
1 kotak susu (s)
2 s/b cheese
Melt butter at low heat, and mix in flour.
Remove from heat and slowly add milk.
Return to heat and bring to a boil, mixing continuously.
When desired consistency is reached, add cheese.
Turn off heat, and let the sauce rest for 30 minutes.
Lasagna
Béchamel Sauce
3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bottle Prego
pasta sheets
1 cup Minced meat
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix minced meat and onion cook to brown then add Prego. ratio meat and prego should be at least 1:2.
In a rectangular pan, layer Prego, pasta sheets, béchamel, pasta sheets, repeating until pan is full. On the very top layer, swirl Prego and béchamel sauces together.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, until the edges are brown and bubbly.
