Apam Balik 

Bahan-bahan:
2 cawan tepung gandum
½ cawan gula
1 sudu teh soda bicarbonate
1 sudu teh baking powder
Sedikit pewarna kuning
1 biji telur
1½ cawan air
Sedikit mentega/planta untuk mengoles

Bahan tabur:  
Kacang tanah - goreng tanpa minyak dan tumbuk kasar.
Jagung manis dalam tin
Gula halus
Marjerin 
Cara-cara
Gunakan mixer, pukul telur dan gula sehingga kembang. Masukkan soda bicarbonate, air dan pewarna kuning.
Pukul lagi sehingga sebati dan masukkan tepung gandum. Pukul lagi sehingga semuanya sebati.
Oleskan mentega/margerin di permukaan kuali (sebaiknya gunakan kuali tak melekat (non stick pan) dan tuangkan 1 senduk (nipis) atau 2 senduk (tebal) dan ratakan.
Biarkan seketika dan sementara masak, taburkan kacang, jagung, gula dan majerin.

Ingredients:

2 cups of wheat flour
½ cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon baking powder
A little yellow dye 
1 egg
1½ cups water
A little butter / plant to lubricate


Filling

Peanut - fry without oil and crushed mashed.
Sweet canned corn
Fine sugar
Marjerin

Preparation methods
Use the mixer, beat the egg and sugar until the fluffy. Add bicarbonate soda, water and yellow dye.
Beat until well mixed and add wheat flour. Beat again until everything is blended.
Apply butter / marjerin on the surface of the pan (preferably use a non stick pan) and pour 1 cup (thin) or 2 cup (thick) and evenly.
Leave for a while and while cooking, sprinkle nuts, corn, sugar and marjerin and fold it over.
